Thank you for offering your time and efforts for the Nebraska State Fair! Your time is very valuable to us, and we appreciate everything that you have to offer to make the Nebraska State Fair a success.
Volunteer Position:Taking down Broiler Chicken Display in Expo
· Date/Time
o Monday, September 29th Need 2 volunteeers
o 9am-12pm
· Check-In:
· You will check in with Tina Thuernagle, Director of Operations, At the Nebraska State Fair Shop.
· Nebraska State Fair Shop is located on State Fair Blvd. If you come into the grounds off south locust, to State Fair Blvd, first red building on the right.
· Location: Pinnacle Expo Building
· Responsibilities: You will be disassembling roughly 20 empty bird cages and stacking them in the designated area in the Expo Building. Also folding up 12 8 ft banquet tables and putting them on a pallet. Sweeping up any bedding that is on the floor and putting in a trash receptacle. use a State Fair Vacuum to vacuum the 5-points arena loft. Directions and examples with be provided.

· Indoors
· Lifting of maximum 50lbs
· Bring Gloves

· Volunteers do need to check out at Nebraska State Fair Shop
